• For accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age unaccompanied or traveling with other representatives, written authorization is required with the signature of the parents and notarized.
• For accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) accompanied by parents, paternity must be verified through the General Registry (RG) or birth certificate.

• The Child and Adolescent Statute (Law nº 8.06990) differentiates between authorization for travel and authorization for accommodation. Depending on the circumstances, the minor doesneed authorization to travel, or a general authorization may be granted, inserted in the passport. But this travel authorization doesreplace the authorization to stay. The minor must necessarily be accompanied by at least one of the parentslegal representative or, if alone or accompanied by third parties, necessarily with a specific authorization mentioning who is authorized to accompany the minor, period of accommodation and name of the hotel, authorization is signed recognized.
• Failure to meet the conditions above makes it impossible to carry out and carry out the check-in, with no compensation for losses eventually generated. The penalty will be applied according to the cancellationno-show policy for the period.
